A Day at the Children's Museum

Today we took the boys to the Children's Museum with our good friend Emily. This was our 3rd trip to the museum, but our first trip with help. Having 3 adults made the whole ordeal SO much easier and more enjoyable for everyone involved. As always, Family Fun Day was a blast.

First stop was the cafe for a quick brown bag lunch buffet of wholesome finger foods.
This time Linus decided to lick the salt off of whole wheat crackers instead of just chewing on his socks. Progress, my friends.

The we went upstairs to run around the Tot Spot.
Dexter loved this fire truck by Green Toys. There were several really cute toys made from recycled plastic. I think I'm going to have to buy some for the house.

The toys that fill this column were so enticing that Linus pulled up all by himself. I can't believe how strong he is getting!

Simon took a moment to read this book before jumping up to run off.

These stairs were no problem for Linus after practicing at Stacey's house.
Simon is in the background driving trucks down the track.

 Everybody loves the ball pits!

Dexter walked back and forth over this bridge with several different toys while Linus worked on his standing skills.

Simon was fascinated with the balls and bubbles moving around in this lighted tube.

Everybody looks awesome! So happy for you guys! On a side note, I am now obsessed with those Ikea bibs, but they don't sell them online. I'm going to have to find somebody who's going to get me some!!! (the closest one to us is more than an hour away in a bizarre spot).

You guys ROCK to get them all out.
I'm glad that you could have help. It's nice to have 1 adult to 1 child ratio right.

So cute! I love that place. Looks like a lot of fun. We used to go the childrens museum in Boston.
