Donation A Day

Thanks to several amazing, selfless people, we blew our first goal of $500 out of the water. Then I got cocky and bumped it up to $1000 and the donations just kept coming. So, in a moment of madness, I raised our goal to $3000. That's $1000 for each of my precious little boys. 39 people have already donated a total of $955. I am in awe of their generosity, but I am not surprised. People from all walks of life have shown us limitless love and support over the past 15 months. I am so grateful that they are now helping us raise funds to help other families like ours, families who may not have the readily available support system that we do. I would absolutely love to reach our monetary goal, but more importantly, I want to raise at least $1 on each of the remaining 30 days before our walk.

Want to donate, but you're low on funds? No problem. Pick one day before Feb 18, any day, and turn over $1 of your hard earned cash. Wish you could donate, but can't spare a single bill? No problem. Share our Team Linus fundraising link on your FaceBook wall. If you blog, embed a badge on your page. Tweet about us. Pass the word along to your friends in an email or over coffee. There are so many free ways you can help. As always, I am forever grateful for each and every one of you.

I'm not sure what is going on and I know that you will let us all know when you can. But oh my goodness, I've tears in my eyes and my heart is hurting, all of you are in my prayers.

I just checked your Facebook page through the link on the blog - and now I'm crying, but also relieved to have read it went well. I will be thinking of all of you until you can return home again - hoping it will be for a VERY long time without any further hospital visits.
Loads of hugs and well-wishes for your brave little guy and loads of courage for the rest of you.
